Koki Hotel - Kampala

Koki was great with its spacious and clean executive room with a wide bed, A/C, and a fridge. The breakfast buffet was excellent, boasting an omelet station, pancakes, and fresh fruits. The staff's attentiveness, especially towards my mother who needed extra assistance, was commendable. The hotel is conveniently located above a shopping mall.

Internet connectivity was limited to one device.

Loved staying at the twin room with window at an additional charge...

Comfortable and unbeatable location, the hotel was fairly clean.

Had a work desk, a multi-channel TV, and a sitting area in my double room. It had comfortable beds and a nice view of street. Helpful and amiable staff, who gave me awesome suggestions. Location: the hotel was near the restaurant, downtown and a town centre.

The family room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our crew. Breakfast had a lot of options-those omelets hit the spot! Just wish the Wi-Fi in the room was better, but overall, a solid stay.

The Family Room With Windows we stayed in had two spacious rooms, each equipped with A/C, refreshing during the hot days. We indulged in daily breakfast with fresh omelets, porridge, and local dishes-such a treat! The staff were helpful.

A simple breakdown of my visit

The location is superb, close to downtown. The air conditioning was refreshing, especially in this hot season. The breakfast menu was good, and room service was excellent, if a bit costly. Staff were largely courteous and cute.

The soundproofing was excellent. The food was excellent and breakfast offered plenty of variety.

wi-fi was spotty in the room.

Unfortunately, the service was lacking. I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for basic requests like a clean towel, unacceptable. The Wi-Fi in the room was spotty at best.

Absolutely loved the soundproofing but sadly the shower water woudl didn't stay hot long enough for me. Then there's the fact that I expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles but I, definitley didn't see that happening. The restaurant is alright, but I think a card machine would've made my payments a lot smoother, don't you think?

Free parking was a bonus. Wish the Wi-Fi was faster in my room.

Family with children, a solid choice

The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. I loved how the breakfasts had plenty of options with some really good omelets that the kids devoured.

It wasn't inexpensive but still pretty reasonable.

The value for money at Koki Hotel was very nice, with free amenities like parking, wifi, and breakfast. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff treated me like a VIP, always courteous and friendly.

Convenient location near Uganda Martyrs Shrine 🌟. the room I had was tidy and quite peaceful, offering views of the street.
